Creatio and Its Case with EVRAZ Selected a Winner in the 2019 WfMC Awards for Excellence in Business Transformation

These prestigious Global Awards for Excellence in Business Transformation recognize user organizations that have demonstrably excelled in implementing innovative business solutions to meet strategic business objectives. The award submissions were assessed by a panel of 22 judges using 15 distinct evaluation factors within the criteria of innovation, implementation and impact. For the given reason, a large-scale project of process transformation within EVRAZ HR department was launched. Developing the project of implementing BPM platform as a single technological solution framework for HR department, EVRAZ came up with the concept of the Shared Services Centre.

Over 80 business processes, including the recruitment process, HR Knowledge Base automation with self-service portal, integration with two telephony solutions and EDM, HR service catalogue implementation, ticketing optimization, advanced routing and the ability to electronically manage employee files, were automated. EVRAZ transformation of internal service resulted in a number of benefits in terms of cost savings, time reductions, and productivity improvements.
