In the latest Value Matrix bpm’online has moved up and to the right having showed considerable improvements both in usability and functionality of the products.
In the new Value Matrix report, Nucleus Research noted that bpm’online offers a CRM solution driven by business process management (BPM), which focuses on providing guidance within the system.
