Regular Update Package for Creatio Products

We are pleased to announce that the Creatio 8.2.2 update package is here! The following key capabilities and improvements have been added to the Creatio product line.
Creatio AI. Creatio 8.2.2 introduces several new improvements to the platform's AI capabilities, including:
- Creatio AI on mobile. You can now use Creatio AI directly in the mobile app, enabling AI-driven insights, task automation, and enhanced decision-making on the go.
- User language. Creatio AI now communicates in chat using the language specified in the user's profile.
- Link validation. Creatio AI now validates provided Creatio links to ensure a seamless experience.
Creatio composable apps. Creatio 8.2.2 offers the following new features and improvements to the CRM composable apps:
- Landing page designer. You can now get the most out of Creatio landing pages by creating your own visually engaging landing pages quickly to capture and convert prospects. Add web forms to streamline lead generation, incorporate images and videos, and structure your content using a flexible layout. Once your page is ready, you can download its HTML code for seamless publishing.
- Email Marketing app improvements. Creatio now supports scheduling emails to be sent at a specific time, as well as copying bulk emails and saving email components to maintain design consistency and save time on repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge Management app improvements. You can now create article drafts and set up review processes based on your company's regulations. Additionally, Creatio supports enhanced article formatting with tables of contents, quotations, and code snippets.
WCAG Compliance. Creatio 8.2.2 completes our WCAG 2.2 compliance efforts. Keyboard navigation now supports more components, including lists, lookup fields, and widgets. Improved contrast, focus indicators, and responsiveness enhance readability and usability. Screen readers now provide better announcements for charts, lists, and other elements. Additional enhancements include a session end warning, browser scrollbar support, and accessibility updates for tooltips, pop-ups, sliders, and progress bars. These enhancements ensure a fully accessible and inclusive user experience across the platform.
End user experience. A range of UI/UX and performance improvements have been introduced to make daily tasks more intuitive and efficient, including:
- Table menu actions. You can now work with tables more easily in rich text fields by using new table menu actions, such as operations with columns and rows.
- List sorting. The sorting setup is now more intuitive. Switch between ascending and descending sorting by clicking the column header. Clear sorting in the context menu of the column.
- Selection window. You can now select lookup values in the editable list from a selection window.
- Gallery UX improvements. Gallery now supports bulk actions and multi-select.
No-code tools. Improved no-code tools will help you create more sophisticated and powerful apps faster and easier:
- Application hub. Creatio now supports storing extensions of different app elements in a custom app using dependencies on inherited pages, sections, data models, and business processes.
- Freedom UI Designer. You can now copy an existing page to create a new one with the same layout and components, search for components in the panel, link the Next Best Offer component to a specific page (e.g., a product page), set up more user scenarios for multi-select lookups, and more.
- Business rules. You can now use formulas in the “Set field value” business rule and set conditions based on user roles. Additionally, "Dynamic filter" and "Set value" rules now automatically generate triggers, making it easier to create more advanced business rules.
- Integrations. You can now configure Google SSO and Ping Identity by importing their metadata files into Creatio. Additionally, Creatio can now parse JSON responses from REST web services, enabling integration with a broader range of services.
Mobile app customization. The Mobile SDK is now supported, improving integration, performance, and the developer experience for mobile apps. Additionally, Creatio now provides expanded support for popular QR & Barcode scanning formats, real-time coordinates, accuracy settings for GPS data, and the ability to embed external content using the new crt.IFrame component.
Administration and performance. Translation improvements include the ability to update translations in the background, apply translations only for a specific language, and force apply translations to make data consistent between runtime and translation sections.
Beta testing of new features. These features are available for beta testing in Creatio version 8.2.2 Energy.
- Access management for Creatio AI Skills. You can now leverage security and control costs of executed AI Skills by assigning or revoking execution permissions for specific users or groups.
- Publish landing pages. You can now publish landing pages created in the Landing Page Designer directly to a live pre-configured URL.
- Item wrapping. You can now enable the Multi-select lookup component to wrap selected values to the next line instead of hiding them behind a counter.
