We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst who will be responsible for structuring deals and preparing and managing sales quotes, specifically focusing on the Americas region.
Responsibilities:
Structuring Deals:
- Prepare Quotes that align with client requirements and maximize mutual benefit.
- Utilize knowledge of Creatio’s products, SaaS metrics, and data analysis to perform complex calculations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure contractual compliance and financial viability.
Documentation:
- Structure technical information into clear, concise business language.
- Prepare instructional materials for sales teams and other departments.
Ongoing Tasks:
- Active involvement in sales operational projects.
- Regularly update and cleanse customer data in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and complex calculations.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience in deal desk management preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
