We are looking for a Contract Manager with exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing contractual obligations, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality control in the fulfillment of quotas based on the company’s key management and financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and revise contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SoWs, OFs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related discussions and disputes.
- Monitor contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Identify potential risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Track contract milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates.
- Develop and improve contract management processes and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and procurement teams to align contracts with business objectives.
- Regularly report on contract statuses, risks, and key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in contract management, legal, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2+).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in specific industries (e.g., IT, construction, or finance) may be beneficial.
