We are seeking a Polish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building connections and proficient in phone, email, and social media communication. Strong presentation and verbal skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with CRM and Low/No-Code solutions, would be valuable.

Working on our team as a Business Development Representative position involves:

  • Identifying Potential Customers and relevant people working there.
  • Setting up automated sequences through Email and LinkedIn Automation Tools.
  • Reaching out to relevant prospects within the assigned territory, generating initial interest in having a conversation with Creatio’s representative.
  • Working and collaborating with the Sales Team.
  • Participating in Creatio’s discovery and demo sessions, effectively managing hand-offs and transitions.
  • Supporting various activities of the Marketing Department and a larger Growth team.

Candidate Expectations:

  • 1-3 years as a Sales Development Representative within the SaaS industry.
  • Phone, email, and social media communication skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and communicative English. 
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity working with B2B clients/partners.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Eager to kickstart a promising career journey and actively seek opportunities to develop essential skills and gain valuable experiences.
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry landscape, especially CRM, Low/No-Code solutions, and experience with tools for outbound campaign building – Apollo.io, Expandi, Salesloft, Reply, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and alike.
