We are looking for an Account Executive who will help us expand the adoption of the Creatio platform across MEA. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of establishing and growing territories within the realm of innovative SaaS technology providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within the top target in their designated area. They will need to proactively generate leads and opportunities while receiving support from various teams within the Creatio organization, including executive, product, and technical teams.
We are looking for candidates who are based in Warsaw.
Working as an Account Executive involves:
• delivering against revenue targets and all key performance metrics;
• generating new business opportunities on an assigned territory, managing pipeline, opportunities, forecasting, and other items related to a normal outside sales function;
• managing the end-to-end sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies;
• establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT);
• developing and orchestrating sales presentations and product demonstrations;
• focusing on new logo acquisition and managing relationships with the existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross and up-sales;
• ability to work with all customer functions including executive-level personnel, various customer stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, innovation, sourcing, and customer procurement.
Candidates’ Expectations:
• 2+ years of experience working within SaaS platform sales;
• proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;
• understanding of executive-level sales and methodologies;
• superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
• 4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn;
• experience with CRM/BPM software space is strongly preferred;
• fluency in Arabic and English.
