Regular update package for Creatio products
No-code / low-code tools
Business processes. In the newest release, we’ve enhanced the Process Diagram functionality with custom no-code tools. Creating and managing process activities is much easier now— in just one click you can turn on and off activity creation for each interactive element in the element creation area. Also, you can swiftly connect process activities (e.g., tasks, meetings, emails) to other entities, streamlining the activity workflow.
Integrations. Creatio .NET Core now supports Exchange calendar integration.
Homepages. When configuring a homepage, it’s now possible to copy the existing charts with buttons or hotkeys. In addition, to simplify page setup, the system optimizes the layout of homepage elements —when moving, resizing, or deleting the elements — and fills the empty space if available.
Sales, marketing, service and operations automation
Working with chats. We continue to enhance Creatio’s built-in chat module. In the newest version, chats can be forwarded to other system users. Also, the communication panel now displays the customer chat history in the channel. This lets agents review the previous conversations without leaving the active chat.
Quick reminder: Creatio platform provides seamless integration with messengers such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram, and supports external bot platforms for Facebook Messenger.
Email marketing. It is now possible to change the email schedule for the “Warmup cold audience” mode. To do this, users should contact Creatio support. When configured, the schedule will be displayed in the corresponding tooltip on the email page after the change.
