NASCI-Consulting S.L. has been founded in March 2024. We are focussing on IT-Services as well as on people management which are from our opinion  the two most important factors a successful company need to take care of to be as much efficient as possible. 
Because most of the businesses out there cannot be automated 100%. That means that the complex work in a company will always be done by the people. So efficency of the processes is very important, but keeping your people happy not less.

• Company social counselling – This is an offer that you can make to your employees so that they can talk about personal issues with a neutral, appropriately trained person who can provide assistance in dealing with them.
• Strategic works council counselling – Works councils are elected employees of your company. It is in the nature of things that they do not necessarily know about IT Systems, which often leads to a negative attitude towards the employer in negotiations. That doesn't have to be the case! We help your works councils to better understand your requirements and objectives and ensure that both your interests and those of your employees are safeguarded.
