Facilization

Facilization was founded in 2009 in Tirana, Albania, as an IT services and software company focused on providing full-fledged services to banks and other financial services institutions. 

Leveraging our top-notch pool of smart professionals, with most of them coming from the financial industry, Facilization launched in 2014 its own proprietary software (IP) in the banking domains of risk management, regulatory reporting, and debt collection, including the automation of the legal and recovery processes of non-performing exposures (NPEs). In 2017, we established a fully-owned subsidiary in Malta, to create a strong professional presence for our customers in Malta and other European countries.

Since its inception, Facilization implemented, migrated, customized and integrated core and digital banking systems and other financial solutions in 7 countries across Europe and continues to upgrade and develop its proprietary line of RegTech and Fintech offerings, which are currently in use by 11 banks across Europe.
