Event participation guidelines
Team, the main goal for One Team Days is to come together for our Annual Kick-off, making the most of our time to connect, collaborate, and align on our shared vision. Your full participation is key to ensuring a productive and successful event.
As this is primarily a business gathering, we kindly encourage you to travel solo to stay focused on work-related activities and team bonding. If bringing a family member is absolutely necessary, please keep in mind that all arrangements will need to be made independently. Additionally, all event activities — including keynotes and evening gatherings — are exclusively for team members.
If you’re considering extending your stay or exploring Turkey, feel free to make independent arrangements, as the company will be covering the period from April 23rd to April 26th.
In addition, we know how much our furry friends mean to us, but please note that Dobedan Hotels has a no-pet policy. We kindly ask you to make arrangements for your beloved companions to stay comfortably at home while you enjoy the event.

Participation: Everyone must participate in the planned activities. Ensure you are attending each activity by referencing the event schedule on your mobile app.
Alcohol Consumption: Drink Responsibly. Attendees must consume alcohol responsibly. Intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Each person is accountable for their actions and must respect the venue’s property.
Dress Code: Please dress appropriately, as this is a company event.
Social Media Sharing: Be mindful of what you share on social media during and after the event. Remember, these photos represent Creatio's ecosystem.
