Later in the year Creatio was implemented and tailored to serve as a hybrid CRM / ERP system, that would act as the central hub for operational activities.

The implementation of Creatio marked a significant evolution in the company’s product management and operational efficiency. In the initial stage, GoCube navigated through the migration. Luigi Nudi, the leader of this project, was learning and gaining insights into developers’ requirements, and he realized the need to communicate his vision and operational needs effectively. Bridging the gap between operational logic and coding language, Nudi and his team worked closely with developers to ensure seamless execution. This type of cooperation represents the Fusion Model, a team delivery model that contains multidisciplinary team members from the business function and IT to collaborate. Innovative Solutions and Internal Efforts Driving Continued Growth

Over the past three years, GoCube has continuously refined its operational processes with the help of Solution Metrix and internal maintenance efforts led by Luigi Nudi. During this period, the company underwent several phases of improvement. Last year, they integrated logistics software to streamline delivery operations. This integration facilitated the seamless transfer of delivery work orders from Creatio, allowing drivers to input data directly from their mobile devices.

Additionally, GoCube established a separate division to manage the city’s contracts, which required unique billing rules and logistics handling. These distinct contracts prompted the creation of a separate section within the system to maintain data integrity. Through these improvements, GoCube has undergone three major phases of enhancement, complemented by numerous minor tweaks. Nudi has been instrumental in implementing certain changes independently, such as creating web forms and email templates. However, he aspires to further his proficiency in workflow processing to reduce dependency on developers, particularly in areas like API integration.

This year, I aim to become certified with Creatio. I want to deepen my understanding so that I can handle troubleshooting, updates, and adjustments on my own, ultimately enhancing our team’s efficiency and workflow.
