For cozy family dinner
Trout rolls with chantarelles

This is the dish my father does for Christmas eve dinner for over 15 years already. It's super tasty.
Ingredients
4 trouts
1/2 kg of chanterelle mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 lemon
oil
salt
pepper
8 toothpicks
Directions
Step 1
Fillet the fish - be careful, nice and round fillets are needed.
Step 2
Sprinkle fillets with salt ans few drops of lemon.
Step 3
Dice the onion
Step 4
Chop chanterelles.
Step 5
Fry onions on oil until they become translucent.
Step 6
Add chopped chanterelles to onion and fry both ingrediens until all water evaporates. At some point add salt an pepper.
Step 7
Spread mushrooms and onion of fish fillets.
Step 8
Roll fillets and pierce them with a toothpick or some thread.
Step 9
Put them in the oven at 180 Celsious for around 20 minutes.
