For cozy family dinner

Tapaka chicken

For my sweet family it's a traditional weekend dinner.

Ingredients

One chicken (smaller is better)
Cast-iron frying pan and something heavy to push chicken. You can use large stewpan filed with water
Salt, pepper
Any sauce and species you like

Directions

Step 1

Cut chicken open as shown at photo

Step 2

Cover it with food film and beat it off with kitchen hammer - it should be flat!

Step 3

Cover chicken with salt, pepper and species, lubricate with olive oil

Step 4

Lay it back down to the hot pan and put the pressure on it

Step 5

Fry for 12-15 minutes, turn over anf fry for 10 minutes more
