Molasses cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened; 1 cup brown sugar, packed; 1/4 cup molasses; 1 large egg; 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves; Granulated sugar (for rolling);Directions
