Chocolate Tiffin

No baking!  Chill until set.

Ingredients

4 oz unsalted butter
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
4 teaspoons cocoa
8 oz Tea Biscuits, crushed
1 handful of golden raisins
8 oz cooking chocolate - semi-sweet

Directions

Step 1

In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, syrup, and cocoa.

Step 2

Add the biscuits and raisins when melted. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Pour mixture into a swiss roll size tin (9x9 or 9x13) and press down.

Step 4

Melt the cooking chocolate and pour over the mixture in the tin.

Step 5

Pop the tin into the fridge and leave for about 1 hour to set.
