We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team. At this role you’ll be responsible for creating and refining user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Redesign Existing Pages: Elevate and modernize existing product pages to meet current UI/UX standards, enhancing both usability and visual appeal.
- Build a Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain a scalable design system, covering components, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns. Ensure consistency across desktop and mobile versions.
- Optimize the User Journey: Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to optimize the user journey.
- Create Interactive Prototypes: Design interactive prototypes in Figma for new features and functionalities, facilitating user testing to validate and improve design assumptions.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation, providing design specifications and assets.
- Document Design Choices: Capture the rationale behind design decisions—including color schemes, typography, and layout principles—and develop design guides for future scalability.
What You Bring:
- 7+ Years of Product Design Experience: Proven experience in creating scalable design systems and delivering high-quality, user-centered interfaces.
- Expertise in Figma and Design System Development: Proficient with Figma, design systems, and desktop/mobile design.
- UX Research & Testing Skills: Ability to conduct UX research, run user tests, and interpret analytics to guide design improvements.
- Advanced Prototyping Skills: Skilled in Figma prototyping, experienced in user testing, and rapid iteration.
- Strong Communication and Handoff Skills: Exceptional communicator with experience in design handoff, and basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Document and Explain Design Choices: Clear documentation skills to explain design rationale and create comprehensive guides.
- Impressive Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing impactful design work for large-scale projects.
