We are looking for candidates who are based in Warsaw.   

This role will cover the following areas:

Recruitment:  

  • Oversee the talent acquisition operations and end-to-end recruitment cycle on your team.
  • Determine current hiring needs and create forecasts
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage recruitment operations to deliver TA's strategy and priorities across the company.

People Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team while fostering their professional growth.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to provide feedback, coaching and monitor progress and KPIs.
  • Onboard new team members.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and process optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Strategically partner with leaders across Go-To-Market verticals, including Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles, focusing on Go-To-Market and leadership roles in SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems.
