We are expanding our Recruitment Team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and close qualified candidates.
- Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metrics
- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
Requirements:
- Previous working experience, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for least 1 year
- In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
- Fluency in English (spoken and business writing)
Nice to have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup or agency.
- Experience with tech roles (Developer, QA, PO, BA).
