We are expanding our Americas Recruitment Team and we're looking for a Junior Talent Resercher to join our team at Creatio, who will work with global markets, mainly USA and LATAM.
The role is full-time and based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- source candidates’ resumes for positions of different levels: from beginner to top management;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- analyze and evaluate resumes, understand labor market trends in the IT industry;
- conduct telephone interviews with candidates;
- effectively use candidate sourcing tools Record the results in the ATS system.
Requirements:
- experience sourcing non-tech roles for at least 3-6 months;
- ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English;
- activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn);
- willingness to learn.
