The Strategic Industry Solutions Consultant is responsible for driving highly engaging consulting services focused on Value Consulting for Banks and Credit Unions. This will be a global role based in a US Financial Services Hub and will report to the SVP of Global Solutions Consulting. The Financial Services Industry Solutions Consultant will play a key role in positioning Creatio FINSERV products in the market. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consulting services for financial institutions, from assessing current business operations and workflows to recommending process improvements and operational strategies and technology adoption.
  • Advise prospective clients on regulatory compliance and emerging industry trends, helping them align with best practices and future-proof their operations.
  • Develop value propositions and business cases for implementing Creatio’s FinServ products, communicating these benefits to senior leadership at client organizations.
  • Drive solution innovation by collaborating with internal teams to create tailored, market-driven demonstrations and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Actively participate in FinServ opportunities, leading client presentations and executive briefings to drive successful sales outcomes. Spend at least 50% of the time engaging in sales-related activities.
  • Deliver presentations to senior executives at client organizations, offering insights on improving business operations, workflow optimization, and the strategic application of Creatio’s products.
  • Provide broad and deep subject matter expertise in banking operations and key financial services areas, such as risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving future engagements in alignment with business goals.
  • Consult and advise on change management strategies, proposing adoption of process improvements and technology solutions within client organizations.
  • Design sales programs to reach new prospective customers, deliver industry thought leadership across a variety of channels to generate prospect interest, and secure market awareness 
  • Support sales efforts by developing strategies to penetrate new accounts and generate thought leadership across industry verticals, specifically targeting financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and R&D teams to provide insights and ensure alignment of product features with client needs and market demands.
  • Represent Creatio at financial services events and industry conferences, delivering thought leadership presentations and building brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to prepare and create materials, including the website content, presentation decks, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring alignment with the product positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry analysts to gain insights, market feedback, and enhance our product positioning and market presence. (not high on list)
  • Represent the company at FinServ events, delivering engaging presentations that showcase our FinServ products' unique features and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) or in a leadership role at a financial institution with a complete understanding of the major business drivers in financial services.
  • Proven track record in leading or consulting on large-scale transformation projects within financial services, with expertise in workflow optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience driving change and new solutions, with an emphasis on improved customer experience, regulatory effectiveness, and operational efficiency 
  • Experience in delivering business advisory services for banking and financial institutions, with a focus on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and innovation within the financial services sector, including FinTech and RegTech applications.
  • Strong combination of business acumen and technical aptitude to serve as the bridge between client business leaders and technologists, effectively communicating product capabilities and benefits to blended audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Experience in CRM, Process Automation, and enterprise software solutions within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements and industry conferences.
