Creatio is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for our R&D, Product and Platform departments. This role requires direct collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and strategic recruitment process. Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical specialists, including identifying business needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Defining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements in collaboration with internal hiring managers.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through internal company portals, job sites, professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and other available channels.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews to assess candidates' suitability for job requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing hiring recommendations, and managing expectations.
  • Analyzing the job markets in Ukraine and Poland, developing search strategies, and identifying candidate attraction approaches.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline, maintaining a database, and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Working with recruitment analytics, preparing reports on hiring efficiency, analyzing key metrics, and proposing process improvements.
  • Participating in projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical positions.
  • Deep understanding of candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviews.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offer negotiation).
  • Experience working with ATS and knowledge of recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with internal clients, and effective collaboration with teams.
  • Understanding of labor markets in Ukraine and Poland, including key trends and candidate search channels.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and business writing).
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, outsourcing companies, etc.) is a plus.
