- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories for the no-code development team.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, impact, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of features.
- Create visual workflows, process maps, and user interfaces to depict automated processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the no-code development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and support professional development.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
