We are expanding our Global sales team and looking for a Presales Engineer to provide critical support in the closure of new business by demo scenarios designing, demo set-up, and customization. We expect our candidate to be a fast learner, responsible, proactive, and attentive to details.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree required
  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Presales Engineer/Junior Business Analyst/Customer Support Specialist/Business Development Representative with an interest in development in a more technical field
  • English level Upper-Intermediate+
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-organization and planning

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Previous experience working with the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
  • Details required configurations for a customized demo flows that reflect real-world use cases relevant to the customer’s industry and needs.
  • Sets up tailored demo instances using low-code/no-code tools e.g. customizes UI, business processes, analytics etc. to align with the customer’s needs based on detailed configurations.
  • Ensures that demo data, automation, and UI components create a realistic user experience.
  • Builds reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations.
  • Helps set up and configure PoC environments where customers can test-drive the product.
  • Ensures PoC aligns with customer success criteria and technical requirements.
  • Provides technical input for request for proposals (RFPs) and customer questionnaires.
  • Works with product and solution consultancy teams to refine demo capabilities and address customer concerns.
