Responsibilities: 

Network Growth

  • Searching, identifying, and reaching out to potential target partners in the region.
  • Conducting Partner Program presentations, arranging demos, and organizing top-to-top meetings to ensure efficient new partner acquisition.
  • Supervising the onboarding and enablement process.

Partnership Development

  • Building strong relationships across various roles within partner organizations; serving as a trusted advisor to support partnership growth and acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs.
  • Creating a business plan with each partner, including co-marketing, sales, and pre-sales activities.
  • Performing quarterly business reviews with partners to monitor performance and improve traction.
  • Ensuring partner training and certification to establish a strong Creatio practice.
  • Conducting regular check-in calls with partners to explore new growth opportunities and reinforce the genuine care approach.
  • Managing the renewal process for annual agreements.

Partner Sales

  • Developing a lead generation engine with partners to grow the pipeline.
  • Leading the qualification process with partners to score and identify target customers.
  • Collaborating on a joint sales approach between partners and the Creatio Sales Team.
  • Monitoring traction and delivering additional sales training to drive joint opportunities.
  • Supporting partners in closing deals by aligning the necessary resources from Creatio and actively participating in the sales process.

Requirements:Bottom of Form

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment, with a successful background in client and partner management.
  • Proven experience in managing partner accounts.
  • Strong personal network within the region.
  • Solid understanding of key industry trends and dynamics, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-revenue potential partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Passionate about sales; results-driven, self-motivated, and highly energetic with a naturally engaging presence.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
