We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and opportunity-focused Office and Talent Coordinator to join our growing HR Team working out of our beautiful brand-new office located in Downtown London!
As an Office and Talent Coordinator, you will have the unique and exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats. Responsibilities include overseeing our London office, supporting local and international teams, partnering with Marketing on local efforts, and recruiting to expand our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with people.
This role will cover the following areas:
Office Coordinator Responsibilities (50%)
Order and maintain stock of office and kitchen supplies, including consumables (snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, etc.).
Maintain the general upkeep of the office ensuring cleanliness and organization and act as a main point of contact for the property management team.
Greet guests and facilitate meetings by coordinating the space, catering, and technical/AV support as appropriate.
Manage the security of the office through communicating with the building security, sending visitor passes, and creating access badges for new employees.
Maintain Marketing, IT, and HR inventory and assist events, campaigns, and/or other tasks when needed.
Consistently check mail, scan, and send to appropriate parties as well as oversee FedEx, DHL, and UPS accounts to manage mail/package deliveries.
Talent Coordinator Responsibilities (50%)
Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.
Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics.
Requirements:
College graduate with 0-1 years of administrative or office experience in a corporate environment.
Ability to work on-site at our London office 5 days a week.
Ability to travel for occasional company events and activities related to the role.
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic individual with the ability to effectively juggle shifting priorities.
A positive mindset and willingness to help others.
Comfortable on the phone.
