We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced, and motivated Human Resources Business Partner (Europe) with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our European team. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can navigate working at a high-growth company. 

The role is full-time and hybrid - based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and seamless integration of new employees.
  • Supporting the growth and performance evaluation processes.
  • Providing guidance to managers on effective employee interaction - improvement analysis, problem solving discussions.
  • Coordinating training programs: identifying needs, selecting providers, and assisting with organization.
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees and monitoring employee satisfaction.
  • Organizing and conducting employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
  • Nurturing and fostering corporate culture.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and middle managers to provide strategic advice and execute all aspects of employee relations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years in HRBP roles, with experience in fast-growing companies. Demonstrated ability to handle rapid scaling and dynamic changes within the organization.
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws of UK, Germany, France, Poland markets and being able to ensure compliance in employment practices.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams. Ability to manage HR operations across multiple countries and cultures effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives that support organizational change, enhancing business performance.
  • Managing HR operations.

  • Exceptional communication skills and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
