The E-Learning Manager will play a pivotal role in launching our new LMS platform, focused on delivering free e-learning courses to users, No-Code creators, admins, developers, and others. This role emphasizes content creation and delivery, including the occasional provision of live instructor-led courses. An understanding of enterprise No-Code tools, CRM, and ERP domains would be highly beneficial.

Key responsibilities:

Curriculum development

  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum that addresses the learning needs of various audiences.
  • Design comprehensive learning paths for different user personas.

Instructional design

  • Incorporate best practices in adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
  • Introduce innovative solutions like AI-driven personalization or gamification.
  • Stay updated on e-learning trends and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage programs that cater to a global audience, considering cultural and linguistic differences.

Content creation

  • Develop multimedia course materials, including videos, quizzes, practical assignments, and interactive modules.
  • Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and effective for diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop training on new features and updates.
  • Implement a content review cycle to keep materials up-to-date and relevant.
  • Incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve content.

Live instruction

  • Occasionally provide live instructor-led courses  
  • Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials for live sessions.
  • Analyze participant feedback and make improvements as needed.    

Qualifications

Professional experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-learning management or instructional design.
  • Public speaking experience in delivering technical training sessions.
  • Proven track record of working with LMS platforms.
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is highly desirable.

Domain knowledge

  • Understanding of enterprise No-Code tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and AI domains.
  • Experience in shooting and editing video content - screencasts, webinars, instructional videos.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Opigno, Blackboard, or proprietary systems).
  • Understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, TechSmith Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Experience in using GenAI tools to create e-learning content (ChatGPT, Heygen. Synthesia, etc.).

Soft skills

  • Project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Public speaking experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
