We are looking for a Customer Data Specialist to lead and enhance our customer database, supporting informed decision-making and boosting customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and qualify raw leads to ensure their relevance and readiness for further outreach.
  • Perform data enhancement activities to improve the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Execute deduplication processes to remove redundant entries, ensuring a clean and accurate database.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to categorize accounts based on criteria within Creatio.
  • Prepare and optimize audience data to enhance engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Assist related departments in preparing targeted mailing lists based on specified criteria.
  • Be prepared to take on various tasks to maintain and optimize the customer database.

Requirements:

  • Partially or fully completed higher education (preferably in technical or non-humanities fields).
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Attention to detail, work discipline, and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn is a plus.  
  • Skilled with search engines and internet research.
  • Proficiency with MS applications functionality.
  • English level — Intermediate or higher.
