We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop and manage salary structures and job grading, ensuring consistency across departments and locations, monitor and adjust salary structures to maintain equity and competitiveness, evaluate incentive programs, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain salary bands and job grading structures. Ensure consistent application of job grading across all departments and locations.
  • Monitor and manage salary structures across different regions and job levels, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop clear communication materials to explain compensation programs to employees.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation-related queries from employees and 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in compensation-related legislation and make necessary adjustments to company policies. Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with broader HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of resources.
  • Prepare regular reports on compensation-related metrics, including salary trends, pay equity, and budget utilization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on compensation management.
  • Fluency in written and conversational English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and compensation management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven experience with market surveys (KF, EY, Mercer etc), job evaluation methods, grading 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
