We are seeking an innovative Business Analyst to join our No-Code Development Team within our newly established No-Code department—a pioneering division of R&D dedicated to crafting cutting-edge vertical solutions for industries like Banking, Insurance, and Manufacturing. Our mission is to address real-world challenges and drive transformative impact through no-code technology.
In this role, you'll leverage the Creatio platform, which allows you to cover most CRM functionalities with no-code development. You will utilize these tools to create applications and conduct research to determine what is actually needed to solve real-world problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Creation with No-Code Tools: Create application UIs using no-code Designer tools, including a drag-and-drop interface for composing UI for pages and sections, simplifying and accelerating the development process.
- Server Logic Automation: Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools, similar to a diagram constructor, to implement complex logic for applications, tailored to BPMN notation, leveraging no-code capabilities to streamline automation.
- Web Services Integration: Create web services for system integration using no-code tools, including designing RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces to enable seamless data exchange, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and providing documentation for developers and third-party systems.
- Webhook Services Configuration: Create and configure webhook services using no-code tools to receive requests from external services, ensuring proper authentication, data handling, and logging mechanisms for secure and reliable communication.
- Database Design: Design database structures using Creatio Objects designer, involving defining tables, relationships, and data fields to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- User Story Decomposition: Decompose User Stories into executable tasks for no-code creation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to generate insights on competitors, industry trends, and analytical reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Customer Feedback Gathering: Conduct interviews with end users or solution consultants to gather customer feedback and key product requirements.
- Collaboration with QA: Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure both manual and automated testing of created solutions, guaranteeing high-quality, robust, and reliable outcomes.
- Version Control: Utilize Git/SVN for version control, ensuring seamless collaboration, code integrity, and efficient management of application changes.
Candidate Expectations:
- Proven experience in conducting business analysis and research tasks, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements to shape product features.
- Knowledge of database management, including key principles of T-SQL, data queuing, designing relationships, view models, indexes, and understanding the fundamentals of complex selection queries such as joins and sub-selects.
- Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles, with the ability to model business processes accurately and efficiently.
- Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects, demonstrating effective collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience in configuring information systems through UI-based tools, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Strong general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to ensure seamless implementation of no-code solutions.
- A fast learner, capable of quickly adapting to new UI tools and technologies, with an eagerness to continuously expand your skill set.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to conduct interviews and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
Strong Plus:
- Experience in industry-specific business analysis such as Banking, Insurance, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated proficiency with one or more of the following platforms and tools: CRM, BPM, or No-Code Platform/System Experience.
- Coding skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar software for UI prototyping, creating clear and effective user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
