Creatio is updating its technical support packages as of April 15th, 2021
The company is announcing a new pricing policy effective as of April 15, 2021.
Creatio, a global software company that provides a leading low-code platform for process management and CRM, is announcing an update to its technical support packages. The revised set of services for each of the packages and new pricing policy is effective as of April 15, 2021.
Over the past years, Creatio has been enhancing its offering to provide its global customers with the most advanced solutions and to help organizations transform and adapt to change faster. To ensure top-notch technical assistance and excellent service for customers from all over the world, Creatio revamped its support packages, including Basic, Business, and Premium, and pricing for both cloud and on-site subscriptions.
Four support lines, 24/7 customer service and a broad range of services offered ensure an exceptional customer experience and high satisfaction rates. To further enhance customer support and focus on the individual needs of each company, Creatio has broadened the list of support services provided. Users can take advantage of extended consultations on leveraging Creatio’s low-code / no-code tools to build and customize apps by citizen developers; on-demand reports on system usage and activity; extended onboarding of new users; proactive 24/7 application monitoring; case priority management; individual scheduling of updates, etc.
Starting April 15, 2021, Basic Support package pricing will equate to 5% of the subscription cost. Business Support package will cost 12%, and the Premium Support package will equal 20% of the subscription cost respectively.
In addition to revised technical support packages for customers, Creatio launches a set of support packages for its partners. These packages are designed to enable Creatio channel partners to ensure the highest level of implementation project delivery and customer success.
